Easy To Use

The Pulsar Shift is a straight-forward, easy to use convection vaporizer. Power is turned on and off using the standard five click method (in rapid succession within two seconds). While powered on, the temperature setting is changed using the ‘-‘ and ‘+’ buttons. The last temperature used will be remembered each time the Shift is turned off. The OLED screen provides convenient visual feedback of the current temperature setting.

Filling The Chamber

For best results, fill the chamber at least halfway with medium to medium-fine ground dry herb. Since convection vaporizer operation depends on adequate airflow, it’s recommended to not pack the dry herb into the chamber to allow for even heat distribution. To obtain complete vaporization of your dry herb, it’s recommended to stir the material once, either during a long session, or afterward before a second session.

Using The Quartz Tank

If you’re into THC or CBD concentrates, the Pulsar Shift comes with a Quartz tank that will very efficiently vaporize your material. When loading the concentrate, it’s recommended to use no more than a large breadcrumb size piece at one time. Basically, you want just enough concentrate in the Quartz tank that you can consume in one session. This practice will help avoid residue from accumulating, which will affect the taste and flavor over time. If you experience a residue buildup, the Quartz tank can be soaked in 91% Isopropyl alcohol for 20-30 minutes. Once you’ve loaded your concentrate, insert the Quartz tank into the Shift, reattach the mouthpiece, and set the temperature toward the higher range. Once your session is complete, wait at least a few minutes before removing the Quartz tank, since it gets extremely hot during use.
