Product Warranty

Cipher will warranty NOVA for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. All warranty claims require registration of the product and submission of proof of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

The warranty does not apply when electrical damage is caused by using the plasma arc lighter in any other way, except as intended for use with NOVA. The warranty also doesn't apply when damage occurs due to the device being dropped, abused, submerged in liquid, altered, affected by a natural disaster, or misused in any way. The warranty does not extend to cosmetic marks, dents, chips, scratches, etc. Normal performance degradation of the battery life is not covered by the warranty.

    I am enjoying the Nova. It takes a bit to get used to. Filling individual ceramic ovens takes a little time. I found it easiest to put all the empties on a plate, pushed together and just tap my ground herb over the whole bunch, tamp them down with a nail head and they are ready. I found it depends on how it is ground as to how much to put in. A little trial and error although I have only under-filled them,not overfilled! I suggest at least one extra set of pods. Overall a good purchase. Once ready you can take it with you if so desired or kick back and enjoy! I would buy again and have told friends about it!

    It’s a little too harsh and I know I could get a bubbler but I don’t like that, however I would like a light filter that would go over the mouth piece.
