Why Try 3Chi Delta 9 THC Gummies?

Many people struggle with the pharmaceutical regimen for their particular afflictions and medical conditions, and frequently resort to various forms of alternative medicine. When that choice leads them to cannabis, the options are becoming wide-open with numerous choices, now including CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, Delta 10, THCv, etc. For many, relief has been found using one, or more, as medicine for their ailments and afflictions. When considering Delta 9 THC, the primary benefit is in its strong binding to the endocannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptors, which is the system responsible for maintaining homeostasis in our body (i.e., a balanced, healthy and properly functioning body). Although Delta 9 typically causes a ‘stoned’ feeling (which some people actually want and enjoy), many other potential ‘therapeutic’ benefits may be achieved. Individual results will vary based on each individual’s physiology, tolerance, etc. Use caution when ingesting Delta 9 until you understand how it metabolizes in your system.

Premium Quality Ingredients

The most important ingredient in these 3Chi Delta 9 gummies is the full-spectrum Delta 9 oil. The additional cannabinoids help deliver a potent and well-balanced entourage effect that tends to produce a better, smoother effect. We are the pioneers and industry leaders of hemp derived cannabinoids and cannabis products. Our gummies have always stood out for being vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and cruelty-free (no animal gelatin). Better still, we use organic ingredients when possible, sparing you from the harmful chemicals like PFAS found in widely used pesticides and insecticides.

It’s strongly recommended to start with 1/2 gummy to experience how these Delta 9 THC gummies affect you. Since each person’s metabolism is different, some may find that a low dose will be more than enough to have achieve the desired result, while others may need a full gummy. Another factor to consider is the amount of time required for the gummy to be digested, which varies from person-to-person. For best results, consume the dose before eating, or eat the gummy with food, to facilitate the highest rate of absorption into your system. Until you understand how these gummies affect you, it’s best to wait at least 1-2 hours for effects to take place, before deciding to consume more, since a common issue is over-dosing due to the delayed effects when consuming edibles.

Delta 9 gummies don’t always do well in hot climates. If possible, it’s recommended to store the gummies in the refrigerator after opening. Do not store above room temperature or in a humid environment. If your Delta 9 gummies have melted into a (delicious) singular gummy blob, a quick remedy is to place them in the freezer for up to 1 hour. Once frozen, open the bag at the sides and cut into equal pieces. Precise dosing requires a gram scale.

NOTE: The full-spectrum hemp oil can give a bitter hemp taste to the gummies. For those who don’t enjoy the hemp flower taste we recommend having a tasty beverage on hand to help wash the flavor away!

How Long Does It Take For Hemp Derived Delta 9 Gummies to Kick In?

Hemp derived Delta 9 gummies, like most cannabis edibles, typically take around 45 minutes to an hour before they take effect. These 3Chi Delta 9 THC gummies were designed to be fast-acting and may begin acting ever sooner. 3Chi offers some of the fastest-acting gummies on the market, since the formulas are specifically optimized for rapid absorption. This in turn allows users to begin feeling the effects faster. However, it can happen faster or slower for different people. It has to go through your digestive system and liver before entering your bloodstream, so factors like your metabolism make a difference. If you still haven’t felt the gummy after an hour, don’t rush to take another right away. Wait another 30-60 minutes because that first gummy might still kick in during that time frame.

How Long Do the Effects Last?

Gummies take longer to kick in than other ways of consumption, but your patience will be rewarded with long-lasting bliss. You can expect your Delta 9 THC experience to last 3-8 hours or more depending on the person. The effects of Delta 9 THC typically peak after 2-3 hours. If you reach the peak point and you feel like you need more to achieve the desired effects, this would be the perfect time to take another gummy.

2018 Farm Bill

How does the 2018 Farm Bill define hemp? What does it mean for FDA-regulated products?

At the federal level, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115-334, (the 2018 Farm Bill) was signed into law on Dec. 20, 2018. Among other things, this new law changes certain federal authorities relating to the production and marketing of hemp, defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” These changes include removing hemp from the CSA, which means that cannabis plants and derivatives that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis are no longer controlled substances under federal law.

The 2018 Farm Bill, however, explicitly preserved FDA’s authority to regulate products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds under the FDC Act and section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act). FDA treats products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds as it does any other FDA-regulated products — meaning they’re subject to the same authorities and requirements as FDA-regulated products containing any other substance. This is true regardless of whether the cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds are classified as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill.
