– The image will be printed on both sides.

– We accept images in either portrait (taller format) or landscape (wider format) orientation.

– The image(s) should be high-resolution to produce the best quality result.

– The images can’t be copyrighted, you must own the rights to the images.

– The images must not contain or show any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Terms

Once you approve the mockup, and we print and ship the order, the personalized Cloak is considered non-returnable, non-refundable. The warranty still applies to manufacturing defects. Lord Vaper will not be responsible, nor liable, for any issues that may arise from the use of the uploaded image(s).

Ordering

Follow these steps to shop:

Select one of the solid colors (i.e., Black, Red, White or Blue).
Drop one image into the “Drop files here to upload” field.
Add the Cloak to the Shopping Cart and proceed with completing the order.

Approving image(s)

After receiving your order, we’ll process the images(s), create a mockup, and then email it to you for approval. Once the mockup is approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
