Care / Maintenance

To ensure the longest life of the atomizers, it’s important to have a regular plan for cleaning. Whether you’re an infrequent or frequent consumer, residual material build-up will occur, and will eventually require replacing of the atomizer (you’ll know when it’s time based on a change in flavor). Below is our guideline for maintenance:

After each use: If you haven’t consumed all material in the atomizer, it’s recommended to perform a short dry burn-off, which will help reduce the build-up of material over time. With power turned on, simply press the power button for 10 seconds without inhaling. This process can be repeated a few times depending on the amount of residual material remaining in the atomizer.
When noticing residue build-up: place your atomizer in a small cup, then fill with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol (commonly available at Drug Stores) so that the atomizer is completely submerged in alcohol. Let soak for 20-30 minutes, then place on towel to air dry (do not rinse in water). If some residue remains, you can use a Q-Tip to gently wipe around the inside, but avoid pressing on the coil. When completely dry, reassemble all parts, insert into your battery, and perform a dry burn-off by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
